"I went to the shooting range and had some difficulties with my pistol so I enlisted the guys at the front counter to help out. They were very cooperative and corrected my stupid mistakes. Steve took time away from the front counter and unjammed my pistol and oiled it for me. He even gave a lesson on proper care of fireman.
